In 2016, iPlus and eBiZolution began a strategic partnership, joining forces on notable government projects. Soon after, S&A joined as the third pillar of the alliance. Together, this strategic partnership of expertise and capabilities is ready for service geared with state-of-the-art solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Recognizing the potential for synergy and expansion, the leaders of iPlus, S&A, & eBiZ embarked on a journey to explore the potential of collaboration, aiming to merge the three companies into a comprehensive provider of construction solutions. This initiative laid the foundation for the establishment of iPlus Building & Services the thriving entity we know today.
With almost 400 workers, iPlus opens its doors for job opportunities alongside eBiZolution Inc., aiming to onboard at least 300 more employees, including technical staff, general staff, and workforce.

iPlus Intelligent Network was created as part of PLDT Group to service growing need in POS, Desktop, and Terminal Management
2005
Expanded expertise to serve external customers outside of PLDT Group
2007
Formally establish Managed Services (i.e. call-center infrastructure-as-a-service, business center management, & service desk operations)
2009
Secure DOLE 18A compliance to serve growing demand in Manpower Services
2015
PLDT Group sold iPlus Intelligent Network to stabilize operations of critical services and ensure labor-law compliance
2016
Initiated business development works to include facilities build-out maintenance services (Integrated Building Management Services)
2017
Birth of iPlus Builders a separate entity created to focus on growing engineering, marine protection, renewable energy and intelligent property management services
